2012 PHEASANT HUNTING

          

           Dates:  Sep 8th thru Feb 1st

           Shooting Times:      Sunrise to sunset

           Limit:  Three rooster pheasant per person per day

 

COMPLETE PACKAGE:  $300/day/person includes hunting, lodging, breakfast, lunch in field, dinner, guide, dog, transportation and bird cleaning & freezing. 

 

3 DAY GROUP PACKAGE:  Includes the above Complete Package plus license and shot shells for three consecutive days of pheasant hunting for $1,000 per person—groups of 8 or more.

 

2 DAY / 5 BIRD PREMIUM GROUP PACKAGE:  Includes the above Complete Package with 5 pheasant per day limit plus license and shot shells for two consecutive days of pheasant hunting for $875 per person—groups of 6 or more.

 

HUNTING & LODGING:  $275/day/person includes hunting, lodging, guide, dog, transportation and bird cleaning & freezing.

 

HUNTING ONLY:  $250/day/person includes hunting, guide, dog and transportation.

2012 Bird Hunting Packages

2012 GOOSE HUNTING

          

           Dates:  Nov 14 thru Feb 11

           Shooting Times:  One half hour before sunrise to sunset

           Limit:  Three geese per day

          

We hunt from 16’ heated concrete pits located in grain stubble fields….we do not offer “over water” goose hunting.

          

COMPLETE PACKAGE:  $300/day/person includes hunting, lodging, breakfast, lunch in field, dinner, guide and transportation. 

 

HUNTING & LODGING:  $275/day/person includes hunting, lodging, guide and transportation.

 

HUNTING ONLY:  $250/day/person includes hunting, guide and transportation.

 

Bird cleaning and freezing is available locally at additional cost.

2012 SHARPTAIL GROUSE HUNTING

 

           Dates:  Sep 15 thru Jan 1

           Shooting Times:      Sunrise to sunset

           Limit:  Three per person per day

          

COMPLETE PACKAGE:  $325/day/person includes hunting, lodging, breakfast, lunch in field, dinner, guide, dog, transportation and bird freezing.

2012 SPRING TURKEY HUNTING IN GREGORY COUNTY

 

We now offer spring turkey hunting in the beautiful hills of the Missouri River.  You will experience great hunting and breath taking scenery. 

 

2011 Spring Season dates are April 9th thru May 22nd.

 

You may hunt Turkey with either gun or bow.  Bow licenses are unlimited, gun licenses are limited and drawn by lottery.  The deadline for making your application is March 14th.  License fee is $85, you can apply on-line at the following link:  http://www.sdgfp.info/wildlife/hunting/BigGame/Turkey.htm 

 

HUNTING PACKAGE:  $1000 per person for a 3-day hunt including lodging, transportation and 3 meals/day.

Youth Hunt Special

 

In hunting parties of 4 or more adults, 1 young hunter age 10 to 15 w/ hunter safety certificate hunts free every day of the adult hunt.

2012 GREATER PRAIRIE CHICKEN HUNTING

           Shooting Times:      Sunrise to sunset

           Limit:  Three per person per day _

          

We have world class Greater Prairie Chicken pass shooting from our blinds located in private fields.

 

COMPLETE PACKAGE:  $325/day/person includes hunting, lodging, breakfast, lunch in field, dinner, guide, dog, transportation and bird freezing.

 

HUNTING & LODGING:  $300/day/person includes hunting, lodging, guide, dog, transportation and bird freezing.

 

HUNTING ONLY:  $275/day/person includes hunting, guide, dog and transportation.

2012 COMBINATION BIRD HUNTING

 

We offer combined bird hunts which allow hunters to maximize their hunting experience in fewer days away from their jobs or businesses.  The following are our most popular combinations, each one includes the Complete Package as described above for each types of bird hunt:

 

 

PHEASANT + GROUSE:  $550/day/person

 

PHEASANT + PRAIRIE CHICKEN:  $550/day/person

 

PHEASANT + GOOSE:  $550/day/person

 

PHEASANT + GROUSE + PRAIRIE CHICKEN:  $650/person/day 

All hunting packages are subject to an additional 5.5% sales tax.
