Because deer seasons overlap with bird hunting, we only offer guided deer hunting on a special request, if we are available basis. Our whitetail and mule deer hunts will be located in Gregory County, SD. Bow hunt tags are unlimited, gun hunters will have to draw for a tag in a lottery system. Hunters should apply by July 1st. There is also a special buck permit application if a hunter is unsuccessful in the general drawing. Season dates and application for all licenses and tags is easy by going to the state website at http://www.sdgfp.info/Wildlife/hunting/INDEX.HTM

Cost for our deer hunting package will vary depending upon our availability, time of year and number of persons. We charge approximately $2,500/person for a 3 day guided hunt, including lodging & transportation (not including license fees). Please call us to discuss your desired hunt.

Trophy Buck Fee: No additional fee is charged for trophy class bucks.

All hunting packages are subject to an additional 5.5% sales tax.

2012 Prairie Dog Shooting

Again this year we are offering excellent prairie dog shooting with unlimited opportunities to harvest our booming local populations.

Our complete prairie dog package includes lodging, breakfast, lunch in field, dinner, transportation, and all the shooting you desire for $250/person/day for groups of three or more. For one or two the cost is $350/person/day. Each shooter is responsible for furnishing their own equipment including rifles, ammo, shooting tables, spotting scopes, etc.
